1065 | Are women or girls allowed to pray Salah with her hairs tied in a bun? Some people say that they can not pray Salah with a bun. Please provide some guidance in light of this query. | ||
For the Salah to be accepted, the woman’s hair must be covered completely under the Hijab, regardless of whether it is in a bun or not. Some woman may actually prefer to have it knotted in some form to prevent the hair becoming loose in Ruku and Sajda. There is no evidence to suggest that the Salah will not be accepted if the woman’s hair is in a bun. Shariah only demands that it is covered completely.
