1160 Can I touch Quran without Wudu as my hands are clean? Is it a sin to recite Quran without Wudu?
You are required to have Wudu before holding the Holy Quran. Simply by having clean hands is not enough. To recite the Quran verbally without Wudu is not sinful but best practice (Taqwa) is to stay in the state of Wudu.
