1174 If you feel you have made a mistake in the recitation of Surah Fatiha in Salah would repeating the words again be ok before going into Ruku or would Sajda Sahw have to be done?
Surah Fateha is Wajib in Qiyaam and can only be recited once. Repeating it would conflict with the Wajib. If Surah Fateha is recited twice in one Rakaat one needs to do Sajda Sahv to correct the mistake of conflict in the Wajib.

However If a recitational correction is made whilst reciting Surah Fatiha, then Sajda Sahw would not be required.
