1221 I was wondering how is it to do blasphemy in the heart whereas a person may not mean or believe in whatever he/she says or at times may say things in anger and realise straight after.
Uttering blasphemous words are grave sins (Kufr), these can take one out of the fold of Islam, whether said intentionally or unintentionally. That person should recite the Shahadah again and make Tauba Tun Nasuh (sincere repentance).
