398 Can a woman go to Hajj with a man who she says "is like my son" as her sons have refused to go with her?

Also if that man has been told by a Religious Scholar that it is fine to do so does he receive Gunnah? Or is that on the head of the Religious Scholar?

Can you clarify who a woman can go to Hajj with? Also a divorced woman can she go to Hajj/Umrah with her nephew/brother?
No, a female is not allowed to go to Hajj wth a Ghair Mehram. By calling someone "is like my son" he will not become a Mehram. A female can only go with a Mehram (someone that Islam forbids marriage between them i.e. brother, father, son etc).
