527 Is Witr Namaz accepted if you forget to read Dua Kannod on the third Rakat?
Dua Kannod is Waajib. If someone unknowingly read Witr Namaz without Dua Kannod he should perform Sajda Sahv in order for the Witr Namaz to be accepted.

It is also important to note that if a person knowingly missed Dua Kannod and at the end of the Witr Namaz performed Sajda Sahv, the Namaz will not be accepted and the Namaz will have to be repeated.
If a person forgets to read Dua Kannod and only realizes when he has finished the Namaz then he is also required to repeat his Witr Namaz.
