Yes. Young people who are able to perform Wuzu (the necessary cleaning for praying) and understand Namaz are advised to attend mosque. It’s nice for young people to come to the mosque and familiarize themselves with the mosque environment.

To come and attend Tharawi at the mosque is a very good thing to do and is encouraged.
