580 Are we allowed to close our eyes during Sujood?
It is considered Makrooh Tanzeehi to close your eyes intentionally in the state of Sajda.

Makrooh Tanzeehi means that the person would not be punished for doing this act but will be rewarded for leaving it out. Please avoid closing your eyes in Sajda to gain full reward of the Rukan (act). You should try to look at the tip of the nose while in Sajda.
