867 I have been married for two years now but me and my husband have not had sexual intercourse. This is due to an illness he is experiencing.

My friends and family have told me recently that if sexual intercourse between a married couple does not occur within the first three months of their marriage, their Nikah becomes invalid. Is this true? And also is there any Quranic Ayat or AHadith which can help my husband with his difficulty?
The above understanding is incorrect. Your Nikah does not break.

With regard to the illness your husband is facing, what we would advise is that you contact us explaining the problem your husband is experience. Inshallah we will further advice you husband, in relation to his illness.
