88 I have been told that when a person spills salt on the ground, then on the Day of Judgment that person will be asked to pick it up by his eye lashes. Is this true, if so why this punishment?
This particular reference has not passed before me. Spilling any food, salt or other is not a good act. We have to be thankful to Allah (S.W.T) for what we have. Regarding the punishment, I haven’t read it anywhere of such punishment. However we shouldn’t misuse the provisions Allah (S.W.T) has provided us with, so we should refrain from undesirable acts.
