927 Unke pechy Namaz prhna kaisi jo Quran makharij key sath nahi parteh or Ruku bhi poora nahi krte?

English Interpretation:

How is it to read behind those who do not recite Holy Quran with Makharij and do not complete the Ruku?
The criteria of Imamat (leading congregation) requires one to recite the Holy Quran correctly and to perform Ruku correctly. Please also refer to Question 427 on our website. And Allah Azawajal Knows best.
