Ask The Imam Question and Answer

94 I have been told that the hatham we give on Thursdays must be done before Magrib namaz. Is this true? Further more if one is unable to do the hatham before this time then does that mean we cannot say it at all?
Dua can be said at anytime, The time of Magrib is the change of the Islamic day and that is when the Angels change duty, hence some people like to say it on Thursday hence they try to complete before the end of the day, however the Sawab of the Hatham is not time restricted.
