Ask The Imam Question and Answer

971 I see on some Sunni websites... There is Like A Gold Coin Color Shape Drawing Design (To the nearest meaning), where we see the name of Allah on top, something underneath, and Our Prophet's Name (S.A.W) on bottom (I hope you understand), and what does this mean? Also we sometimes see this drawing with the names on the Nalaain Paak, is this permissible?
At the time when Rasoolullah (S.A.W) intended to send letters to kings inviting them towards Islam, the people said, “They shall not accept a letter without a Seal.” Thus, a silver ring was made and had inscribed on it: Allah, Rasool, Muhammad in three lines. (Shamaail Tirmidhi, Pg.7)

As for the Seal being drawn on the Nalaain Paak; we have not come across this being done. If this was done then we would request for this practice to be stopped as it is very disrespectful.
