For years I have always washed all of my kids clothes each one separately under running water while reading kalma tayaba before putting them in the washing machine because I always thought they might have got a splash on them when they were using the toilet, and same with any other clothes I think may be napaak.
I have recently been told that because in the modern washing machines water goes in one way and out the other and so it runs through the clothes that its enough to make them paak and there’s no need to wash them separately. Is that true? |

I have been recently married. My parents have lied to me about my husband, when the proposal came, my parents lied to me, in order for me to marry him. I was told that he is a practicing Muslim who prays five times a day and around 25 years in age and a Sunni.
Despite my disapproval my parents agreed, so I got married. I realized on the night of my wedding, he is only 22, who is'’t practicing and his thoughts are in the way of salafis. I am worried please tell me what the Shariah says about this? |
