410 In question 64 the imam sahib said it is ok to go to Christmas parties. I thought these are pagan rituals, so why are we allowed to celebrate Christmas, but not devaali, or bomb fire night? Please could you give me evidence on this. I would be very grateful for a prompt response. I do not want to cause tension , instead I want to learn the right Deen, sorry for any trouble.

404 Can you please tell me if Eid-ul-Adha is always a day after Hajj. If so, why have Muslims around the world celebrated this two days later? I have tried to research the answer to the questions but I have not found any justifiable reason. Please shine some light on this area.

402 I have seen in our mosque specially at Ramadan time whist Tharawi Namaz that people sit on the chairs on the far corner of the mosque , even though there is plenty (sometimes 2 rows empty) of spaces in front, for them all to move forward but still don’t. Late comers often have to walk past them to make some sort of row in front of them. Please could you tell me if this invalidates the Namaz of the people on the chairs, and if the late comers are sinful for walking in front of them whilst the Namaz is in progress?

401 I have been asked a question by someone and didn’t know what the answer was so would be grateful if you can tell me. The question is: If you know of a person within your area who is a non Muslim, and he passes away. He has no family and no real friends other than a few Muslim friends (including us). As we are based outside UK, the government doesn’t, participate in the burial and it is down to family to organize the burial. If the responsibility is set on your shoulders as you are closest to next of kin as can be, then how should you bury the body? Bearing in mind that you are a Muslim and the deceased is a non believer.

400 I have been told that the shaitaan when ordered to do prostration to Hazret Adam (A.S) refused and in anger also spat at Hazret Adam (A.S). The saliva fell on their stomach. Allah (S.W.T) threw that piece of clay away (which is now the belly button of humans) and the thrown away clay was made into the animal which we today call a dog. Could you please tell me if this is true or just a story?

398 Can a woman go to Hajj with a man who she says "is like my son" as her sons have refused to go with her? Also if that man has been told by a Religious Scholar that it is fine to do so does he receive Gunnah? Or is that on the head of the Religious Scholar? Can you clarify who a woman can go to Hajj with? Also a divorced woman can she go to Hajj/Umrah with her nephew/brother?

395 It is often said by people that in Bahray Shariah it states that you are not allowed to remove your nails using your teeth as there is a severe punishment for this action. 393 We have been told that Munkir and Nakir will ask all the deceased 3 questions; 1. Who is your Lord? 2. What is your Religion? 3. And thirdly what did you say about this man ( the man being the Holy Prophet (S.A.W). The question I want to know is that humans who passed away before the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) came , will they be asked the same questions , and if so what about the 3rd question?
