Ramadan 2007 (Seerat-e-Mustufa (S.A.W))

Pebbles Glorifying Allah (S.W.T)

Hazrat Anas (R.A) said: “The Prophet (S.A.W) took a handful of pebbles and they glorified Allah (S.W.T) in the hand of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) and we could hear their glorification. Then He (S.A.W) poured the pebbles into the hand of Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) and they continued to glorify Allah (S.W.T), and then into our hands and they went on glorifying Allah (S.W.T).” (Ibn Asakir)

Walls of the House say Ameen Ameen

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (R.A) said that, “When the Prophet (S.A.W) wrapped Himself and His Sons (R.A) in His cloak and prayed that they would be veiled from the fire just as He had veiled them with His blessed cloak, the walls of the house said, “Ameen Ameen” (Ibid)

The Fall of the Idols

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (R.A) stated: “There were three hundred and sixty idols around the house. The feet on the idols were reinforced with lead in stone. When the Prophet (S.A.W) entered the mosque in the year of the victory, He began to point with His staff in his hand at them, but did not touch them.

Rasoolullah (S.A.W) said, “The truth has come and falsehood vanishes.” Whenever He (S.A.W) pointed at the face of an idol, it fell on its back. When He (S.A.W) pointed at its back, it fell on its face. Finally not a single idol remained standing.”(Al-Bukhari, Muslim and Al-Bazzar)

Milked one goat and offered the milk to 400 people

Hazrat Nafi Bin Harith (R.A) narrates that during a journey the Holy Prophet (S.A.W) was accompanied by 400 companions. They stopped at a place where no water was available. Naturally the co-travellers were worried. Suddenly a goat with sharp horns appeared, the Beloved Prophet (S.A.W) milked it and served it to the troops. Everyone drank to the full. Then He (S.A.W) ordered me to take care of the goat and also said that He knew that I would not be able to protect it. I tied the goat securely with a wooden peg and then went to sleep.

When we got up the goat was not there when I brought this to the notice of Holy Prophet (S.A.W) He affirmed that “I had already informed you that you would not be able to keep the goat whoever had sent it has taken it away.” (Kasais-e-Kubra)
